Dr. Andrew Koogler, MD is originally from Columbus, Ohio.  He was one of thirty-five students accepted out of high school to an accelerated 6-year medical program, during which he obtained his bachelor of science degree in 2 years with magna cum laude honors, and graduated in the top 25% of his medical school class at Northeast Ohio Medical University.  Dr. Koogler completed Anesthesiology residency training at The Ohio State University and his Interventional Pain Management fellowship at the prestigious Columbia University Medical Center in New York City.

Dr. Koogler is a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist and will complete his Interventional Pain Management boards in the fall of 2019. He has experience in several fields including internal medicine, hospitalist medicine, anesthesiology and pain management. He has authored articles on topics ranging from cancer to pain management, in addition to presenting at numerous anesthesia and pain management conferences across the country since 2013.

Dr. Koogler decided to move to Seattle in order to live closer to family and explore all the great outdoor activities that the Pacific Northwest has to offer.  Outside of the clinic he enjoys fitness, martial arts, swimming, and yoga.
