Take care of your own health:

  • Avoid contact with people who are sick
  • Clean and disinfect surfaces in your home

Make a plan before you get sick:

  • Know who will take care of you if your caregiver gets sick
  • Talk to your healthcare provider about getting extra medications
  • Stock up on food

When COVID-19 is spreading locally:

  • Stay home
  • If you are getting sick with fever, coughing, or shortness of breath, call your healthcare provider.
  • If you are having difficulty breathing, persistent pain/pressure in your chest, confusion, or blueness in the lips or face
