I went to Dr. Sneddon for some chronic pain in my shoulder. He’s thoughtful, knowledgeable, and truly took time to understand what I’m experiencing. He doesn’t rush the process – he listens carefully and explains options clearly which I really appreciate. I felt like he was genuinely concerned about my problem. I’m in the middle of treatment now and beginning to see results. Really happy with his expertise and highly recommend!

As someone who works closely with Dr. Sneddon, I’ve had the opportunity to see firsthand how differently he approaches pain management compared to many other Providers. His focus is not just on treating pain symptoms, but understanding the full picture and how a patient’s lifestyle overall health and even mental well-being contributes to what they’re experiencing. He is very intentional about avoiding a one size fits all approach. His goal is to always help patients improve their quality of life, long-term through a combination of minimally, invasive treatments, education, and supportive resources. What stands out the most is that he genuinely wants patients to get better not just become dependent on cyclical treatment. It’s a thoughtful patient centered approach. That is very hard to find in this field.

Dynamic’s Story and Mission

There is a shortage of pain physicians in our area who truly put patients first. Too many practices focus on profits or repeat visits rather than improving functional outcomes. Many overlook the whole person, treating symptoms instead of the root causes of pain. Dynamic Spine And Pain Institute was created to change that — to provide holistic, patient-centered care that prioritizes real improvement in quality of life.

Chronic pain affects every aspect of a patient’s life, especially spine-related pain, which can be persistent, complex, and limiting. Many patients struggle to find care that addresses the full scope of their condition. At our clinic, we approach every patient holistically, considering all aspects of their pain, their health, and their daily life.

“The secret in the care of the patient is caring for the patient.”

Dr. Nathan Sneddon is committed to bringing the most advanced, evidence-based treatments in interventional pain management to patients in Spokane and throughout the Inland Northwest, often years before they become widely available. When proven technology can help patients avoid surgery, reduce pain, and restore function, our goal is to make it available now.

Dr. Sneddon was the first physician to bring the Intracept Procedure to Spokane and has performed more than 200 cases across Washington, Montana, and Idaho, making him one of the most experienced physicians in the region. He also led the area’s first Intracept Center of Excellence.

Dr. Sneddon was also the first physician in Washington, Montana, and Idaho to implant the Minuteman device for lumbar spinal stenosis and instability, and he is currently the only physician in Spokane offering it. In addition, he is the first and only physician in the region to implant ReActiv8 for multifidus dysfunction and atrophy.

Patients and referring providers can trust Dynamic Spine & Pain for access to some of the most advanced minimally invasive spine and pain treatments available, delivered with unmatched regional experience and a patient-centered focus on restoring function and quality of life.
