Pain Coping Classes
What Are Pain Coping Classes For?
This 6-week series provides holistic interventions and skills useful in managing chronic pain. These sessions use “Cognitive Behavioral Therapy” for Chronic Pain, which is an evidenced based therapy. The meetings are taken in chronological order as a fix curriculum and prescribed by your physician. A referral by your physician is needed, along with a screening to assess your eligibility for this group.
Patients interested in joining our pain coping lessons must first schedule a 30 minute evaluation conducted by Dr. Patrick DeMarco, Jason Vaught, or Dr Teresa Collett.
All group sessions will be facilitated by Sound Pain Alliance’s Kaitlin Ohde, PhD.
All group sessions are exclusively held online via telehealth on zoom. This group comprises up to 15 group
members.
Please reach out and let us know that you are intersted in joining one of our groups.
